Job Description

As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be the voice of our customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations surpassed. You’ll manage customer inquiries, drive initiatives to enhance satisfaction, and foster a culture of service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries through various channels.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Continuously assess and refine customer support workflows.
  • Train and mentor junior customer support staff.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer service performance to senior leadership.
  • Develop promotional materials to inform customers about service enhancements.
  • Work closely with product teams to relay user feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to enhance customer experience strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years in a customer support role within a tech environment
