Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide support via phone, email, and chat to customers.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Assist with order processing and account management.

  • Suggest process improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Diploma in customer service or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer support or related field

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Basic
