We're on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager to cultivate strong relationships with our customers and ensure they achieve their desired outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between our offerings and clients’ needs, driving customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues.
  • Facilitate successful customer onboarding and transition processes.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights and suggestions to clients.
  • Document customer interactions and outcomes for improved service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years in a customer-facing role
