Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous HR Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all HR policies comply with local regulations and promoting adherence to ethical practices within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough compliance checks and audits across HR functions.
  • Compile compliance reports and metrics for internal reviews.
  • Educate employees about compliance policies through workshops.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies as necessary to maintain compliance.
  • Draft clear and accessible compliance documentation for staff.
  • Review contracts and agreements for compliance with applicable laws.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate compliance-related risks.
  • Engage with management to address compliance issues proactively.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Relevant certifications in HR compliance preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR compliance roles or HR management
