Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Representative to join our dedicated team in Cape Town. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Ideal applicants will have strong communication skills and a knack for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to customers while managing high-volume inquiries.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to improve loyalty.
  • Assist in creating customer service policies and procedures.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience in a BPO environment: Background in a Business Process Outsourcing setting.
