Job Description

Join Tech Solutions Ltd. as a Customer Success Manager where you will play a pivotal role in nurturing customer relationships and ensuring their success. You will be the bridge between our clients and our technical teams, helping to provide a seamless experience that meets their needs and drives satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to customers on best practices for product usage.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Cultivate relationships through regular communication with customers.
  • Work with sales and marketing to enhance customer outreach strategies.
  • Monitor customer health scores and proactively address any risk of churn.
  • Assist in developing training materials and user guides for clients.
  • Organize client events and webinars to foster community engagement.
  • Support the internal team in crafting a roadmap that aligns with customer needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Master's degree in Business Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success roles, preferably in a technology environment
Technical Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Project Management Tools (e.g. Asana, Trello)
Soft Skills
  • Negotiation
  • Problem-solving
Certifications
  • Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM)
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience in SaaS companies: Familiarity with the software as a service business model will be beneficial.
