Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to oversee our customer journeys in Sandton. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers, helping them maximize product value.
  • Create customer success plans to outline goals and strategies.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop customer success stories and case studies.
  • Engage customers in feedback loops for future product development.
  • Ensure customers are aware of new features and updates.
  • Track and report customer engagement metrics and progress.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers, providing tailored training and resources.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and status updates.
  • Support contract renewals and expansions.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles
