Job Description

As a Commercial Property Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring high occupancy rates, and delivering excellent customer service. You will work closely with property owners and tenants to facilitate smooth operations and maintain property values.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties and address any challenges.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies that align with client goals.
  • Monitor and analyze property performance to maximize ROI.
  • Engage in networking to attract new clients and business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts for property managing.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including tenants and contractors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all tenants.
  • Create marketing materials and listings for various properties.
  • Ensure timely collections of rent and manage renewals.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher Certificate in Real Estate or related qualification
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial property consulting
