Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer to join our enthusiastic team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, providing excellent customer support, and contributing to our overall commitment to quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on IT best practices and educate clients on new technologies.
  • Conduct hardware repairs and software installations.
  • Work closely with developers to report software bugs and enhancements.
  • Perform network configurations and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Electronics
Experience
  • 3+ years in a technical support environment
Technical Skills
  • Remote desktop support

Certifications
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
