Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Human Resources or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in training or L&D roles

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications

• Adult Learning Principles Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
