Job Description

Join us as a Learning and Development Officer where you will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment. You will conduct needs analysis, design training interventions, and ensure that all learning activities align with the organization’s goals.

Responsibilities

  • Implement innovative training solutions that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Measure training impact and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop specialized training content.
  • Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Create e-learning modules and blended learning experiences.
  • Foster a positive learning environment and encourage employee participation.
  • Monitor industry trends and apply relevant changes to the training strategy.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to assess employee development.
  • Initiate mentoring programs to support knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant training regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in training or L&D roles
