Job Description

As an Event Planner with Event Masters, you will be responsible for orchestrating various events and ensuring every detail is flawless. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a memorable experience. Your creativity and organizational skills will be put to the test as you manage logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed event proposals based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with creative teams to design event themes and aesthetics.
• Implement effective event management processes and best practices.
• Assist clients in identifying key event objectives and metrics for success.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Supervise event staff to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain relationships with existing vendors and seek out new partnerships.
• Provide on-site coordination and support during events.
• Create and manage event budgets and timelines effectively.
• Work with marketing teams to promote events through various channels.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Event Management or related field
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in event planning
