We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead our Johannesburg property. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements as needed.
• Assist in developing and executing the hotel's strategic plan.
• Ensure proper maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue.
• Implement cost-control measures to maximize efficiency.
• Attend industry-related networking events to maintain industry knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
• Master's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in hotel or restaurant management
