Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Utilize social media and job boards for candidate sourcing.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Maintain a database of candidates for future openings.
• Facilitate employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; a Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a recruitment role

Languages

• English: Fluent
