• Conduct candidate reference checks and background screening.
• Monitor applicant tracking systems and maintain recruiting documentation.
• Stay updated on labor market trends to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Analyze hiring processes for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance talent acquisition.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future positions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; a Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a recruitment role
