Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across various sectors. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and attract top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for successful candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Participate in recruitment fairs and industry-related events.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to candidates during the process.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in Recruitment or Human Resource Management
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment or related fields
