As an Organizational Development Specialist at our Johannesburg office, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and overall organizational performance. Ideal candidates will have a strategic mindset and ability to create effective training and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OD strategies aligned with business goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to facilitate continuous improvement processes.
• Evaluate and enhance succession planning processes to ensure leadership continuity.
• Provide coaching and support to managers for employee performance management.
• Lead organizational diagnosis initiatives through assessments and surveys.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in organizational development or HR roles
