Job Description

We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic remote team. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to clients across different channels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving their concerns.

  • Support new team members during their onboarding process.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support roles

Languages
