We are seeking a passionate Diversity and Inclusion Officer to lead initiatives that promote diverse hiring and inclusive workplace practices. This role will be pivotal in embedding diversity into our culture, policies, and processes.
Responsibilities
Design and execute engagement programs that support diverse employees.
Facilitate training sessions on bias awareness and inclusivity.
Partner with marketing to highlight diversity efforts externally.
Evaluate the impact of diversity initiatives on employee engagement and retention.
Advise leadership on diversity matters and recommend actionable changes.
Champion inclusive policies and practices within all teams.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Postgraduate qualification in Diversity Leadership is a plus
Experience
3-5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles or HR management
