Responsibilities

• Utilize social media and other platforms to attract candidates.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain candidate records.
• Plan and execute recruitment events and networking opportunities.
• Assist in developing onboarding plans to integrate new hires smoothly.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant HR Certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment within tech or corporate sectors

Certifications
