Job Description

As the Customer Success Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of our products and services. You will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and will work closely with teams across our organization to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding and training of new customers on the use of our products.
  • Address customer queries and facilitate effective resolutions.
  • Draft and execute customer success strategies that enhance user engagement.
  • Engage with customers periodically to assess their satisfaction and gather actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with product teams to relay customer feedback and influence product improvements.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • MBA is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles
