Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Retail Manager to lead our Port Elizabeth store. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, managing a diverse team, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of store operations, including staff management and customer service.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve store sales and service goals.
• Oversee inventory management to mitigate stock shortages and surpluses.
• Implement training and development programs for staff.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and improve service delivery.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Ensure adherence to corporate branding and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and employee evaluations.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in Retail Management or similar is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in retail management roles

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational

Advantageous
