You’ll collaborate with various departments to prepare detailed reports and contribute to budgeting processes, ensuring we meet both short-term and long-term financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Investigate financial discrepancies and provide root cause analysis.
• Assist in presentations to senior management regarding financial strategy.
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark financial performance.
• Review and enhance internal control processes to minimize risk.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards for project tracking.
• Ensure the integrity of financial data through rigorous checks.
• Work with external auditors to facilitate thorough reviews.
• Create financial KPIs and contribute to performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate in the design of pricing strategies based on financial models.
• Lead or participate in ad-hoc financial projects as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar field
• MBA or related post-graduate degree desired

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis
