Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to lead our finance team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, developing strategic plans and conducting financial forecasting to support key business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial strategy formulation and execution.
• Ensure financial integrity and compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Assist in developing long-term strategic financial goals.
• Evaluate financial performance and suggest adjustments.
• Work closely with the executive team to nurture organizational finance culture.
• Maintain up-to-date financial information systems and tools.
• Provide guidance on investment opportunities and funding strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in finance management
