Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of strategic partnerships with diverse community organizations.
  • Implement programs aimed at reducing bias in hiring and promotions.
  • Design and execute employee training on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Create and maintain employee resource groups and mentoring programs.
  • Research and apply best practices for fostering an inclusive culture.
  • Communicate D&I successes and strategies to staff and leadership.
  • Advocate for policy changes that support diversity and inclusion.
  • Evaluate the impact of D&I programs through employee surveys and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives
