Responsibilities
Lead the development of strategic partnerships with diverse community organizations.
Implement programs aimed at reducing bias in hiring and promotions.
Design and execute employee training on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Create and maintain employee resource groups and mentoring programs.
Research and apply best practices for fostering an inclusive culture.
Communicate D&I successes and strategies to staff and leadership.
Advocate for policy changes that support diversity and inclusion.
Evaluate the impact of D&I programs through employee surveys and feedback.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field
Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

3+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives
