Responsibilities

• Oversee testing efforts and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Engage in user acceptance testing to align with end-user requirements.
• Manage testing environments and ensure setup is optimal for testing purposes.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
• Provide mentorship to junior QA team members.
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts during the software development lifecycle.
• Liaise with the IT support team for necessary assistance during testing phases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in quality assurance or testing

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Performance Testing Tools

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a DevOps Environment: Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Performance Testing Tools: Experience using tools like JMeter to conduct load testing.
