Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Tester who is meticulous and dedicated to maintaining the highest software quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies, along with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test scenarios based on project requirements.
• Monitor application performance and collect metrics to identify potential improvements.
• Investigate customer-reported issues and replicate them as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations.
• Develop and maintain testing documentation for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Higher qualification in IT or related field preferred
• Certifications such as CSTE are a bonus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the software quality assurance domain

Technical Skills

• API Testing Tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI)
• Performance Testing Tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter)

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Teamwork

Certifications

• CSTE Certified Software Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CI/CD Tools: Hands-on experience using CI/CD tools to optimize deployment processes.
• Understanding of Security Testing: Knowledge of security testing practices will be a plus.
