The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing learning needs, recommending training solutions, and conducting impactful learning sessions. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
• Postgraduate qualification in Learning and Development is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar role

Certifications

• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
• Certification in Training Management

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational
