Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR strategies and ensure compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in recruitment, employee relations, and talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and policies.
  • Implement employee development programs and career progression paths.
  • Manage the performance appraisal system and facilitate employee feedback.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns.
  • Advise on compensation and benefits strategy to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvements.
  • Stay current with HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree or HR certification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
