Responsibilities

  • Design HR initiatives that support organizational objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
  • Ensure effective employee performance appraisal systems are in place.
  • Provide guidelines for employee discipline and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor HR compliance with labour legislation.
  • Foster an environment of employee engagement and motivation.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and best practices.
  • Facilitate organizational change initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external HR consultants.
  • Participate in strategic planning to align HR initiatives with business strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in a senior HR role
