The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of hotel management, ensuring excellence in guest services and overall operational efficiency. You will play a vital role in maintaining our hotel's high standards while fostering a vibrant working environment for staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance across the hotel.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive team culture.
• Implement health and safety policies in accordance with local regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and rectify any issues.
• Analyse guest reviews and ratings for continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors for quality services and products.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in hotel management or related roles
