Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager in Cape Town to lead our customer engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving product adoption among our clients. Your experience in customer support and understanding of customer needs will be crucial to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to enhance their understanding of our solutions.
  • Support the sales team in customer presentations and demonstrations.
  • Monitor and address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams for product improvements.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that customer documentation is current and accessible.
  • Collaborate closely with technical support to provide seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or client-facing roles
