Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our Durban team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement through exceptional service and proactive communication. You will collaborate with various departments to address customer needs and enhance their experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and timely communication.
  • Implement customer success strategies that align with company goals.

  • Lead workshops and training sessions for customers to improve their experience.
  • Analyze customer data to predict behavioral trends.

  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and support when needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or client relationship management
