Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception through to implementation.
• Investigate and resolve process-related problems.
• Engage in research to develop new products and processes.
• Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting for engineering projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment

• Chemical Process Design
• Project Management

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with automation systems: Experience in integrating automation systems into chemical processes.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC): Knowledge in using SPC to monitor and control processes.
