Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health issues.
• Lead group therapy sessions focused on specific therapeutic approaches.
• Coordinate with external agencies for client referrals and services.
• Document treatment progress and client responses to therapy.
• Engage clients actively in the therapeutic process.
• Work with clients to develop long-term mental health strategies.
• Ensure accessibility of services and communicate clearly with clients.
• Stay informed about advances in psychological research and therapy techniques.
• Assist in training support staff and interns.
• Foster a supportive and understanding environment for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
• PhD in Clinical Psychology or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience in a relevant setting
