Job Description

As a Learning and Development Officer in Pretoria, you will play a critical role in nurturing talent within our organization. You will design, implement, and assess learning programs that cater to diverse needs. Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess the training needs of employees through surveys and interviews.
  • Create and implement training modules that meet regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Design and lead leadership development programs.
  • Evaluate the impact of training through relevant metrics.
  • Foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages participation.
  • Engage with external training providers to enhance offerings.
  • Organize and support professional development initiatives and events.
  • Stay informed about the latest educational tools and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development or HR roles
