Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for retail and customer service, capable of driving sales and managing store operations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and optimize store operations.
  • Foster employee engagement and cultivate a positive work environment.
  • Monitor stock levels and order new products as necessary.
  • Create promotional displays and marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate with vendors and manage supplier relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Prepare shift rosters and manage staff schedules.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to upper management.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or Business is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a retail management role
