Job Description

We are in search of experienced Metal-Refining Furnace Operators to manage and operate smelting equipment efficiently. The successful candidates will focus on maintaining quality control and ensuring safety at all times.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and manage smelting processes.
• Conduct regular quality checks on materials and final products.
• Document production metrics and report any issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to meet production goals.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment problems.
• Maintain accurate records of production processes.
• Support the continuous improvement processes within the work area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma
• Technical qualification in metallurgy or engineering is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with practical experience

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of safety practices
• Quality control monitoring

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with different types of metals: Familiarity with working with steel, aluminum, copper, etc.
• Operation of automated smelting systems: Experience in operating and troubleshooting advanced machinery.
