Job Description

As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and executing a variety of events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, while managing budgets, timelines, and logistics effectively. Your role will include vendor coordination, venue management, and on-site supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events in accordance with client specifications.
  • Manage stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events.
  • Evaluate venues and logistics to procure best options.
  • Track event trends to stay ahead in the competitive market.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant qualification in Event Management or Hospitality
Experience
  • 5+ years experience managing large-scale events
