Responsibilities

• Coordinate event details such as themes, seating arrangements, and decor.
• Assist with marketing and promotion of events through social media and other channels.
• Monitor event budgets and provide financial reports to management.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and venues to ensure the best services at competitive prices.
• Manage registration and ticketing processes for events.
• Lead event staff, providing direction and support as needed.
• Handle any issues that arise during events promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are prepared and on-site for events.
• Evaluate the success of events through attendance numbers and client feedback.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Professional certifications in project management preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in event management or related field
