Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Project Manager to spearhead HR initiatives across our organization in Sandton. You will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with our business goals while driving effective project execution and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in executing HR projects that align with business objectives.
• Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities in HR management.
• Develop and maintain project documentation to track milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure effective onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Facilitate conflict resolution between management and staff to maintain workplace harmony.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for HR improvements.
• Participate in HR audits and compliance assessments.
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in HR roles with project management experience
