In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across diverse industries. You will collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Use social media and professional networks to reach potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Prepare and present candidates to clients for consideration.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Provide excellent service and support to both candidates and clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment

Technical Skills

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• HR Software

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Time Management

Certifications

• SHRM Certified Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
