Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Training and Development Manager to spearhead our employee development efforts. The ideal candidate will design and implement effective training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, and develop strategies to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead training sessions and workshops in both group and one-on-one settings.
  • Encourage feedback from participants to enhance training delivery.
  • Facilitate development programs for leadership roles within the organization.
  • Work in partnership with HR for onboarding processes.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in training programs.
  • Assist in the development of e-learning resources.
  • Evaluate training programs and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, or related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a managerial role focused on training and development
