Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to enhance customer journeys and drive satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them navigate our services while fostering long-lasting relationships. This role requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding processes and ensure a positive initial experience.
  • Engage clients through personalized communication and support.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback sessions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve product-related issues.
  • Develop customer success plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Identify potential churn risks and work proactively to mitigate.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and histories.
  • Train teams on customer service best practices and client engagement strategies.
  • Support the sales team in closing renewals and upsells.
  • Create reports on customer health and success metrics for management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Postgraduate degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a technology or software company
