Job Description

We need a proactive Account Manager to manage client accounts and deliver tailored solutions. Your role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and securing new business through established relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client relationships to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within client accounts.
  • Create detailed account plans to drive client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor client performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
