Responsibilities

  • Oversee the logistics of volunteer events and activities.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing volunteers to retain engagement.
  • Analyse volunteer data to identify trends and insights.
  • Prepare reports on volunteer activities for management.
  • Assist in developing community outreach strategies.
  • Support other departments in volunteer-related initiatives.
  • Manage the volunteer budget effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteer inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Community Development or a related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years in volunteer management or event coordination
