Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resource functions in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Responsibilities

  • Direct HR operations for the organization, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Support line management in performance evaluations and disciplinary processes.
  • Implement employee retention strategies to minimize turnover.
  • Manage HR budgets and control costs related to HR functions.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and organize training sessions.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between staff and management.
  • Develop HR policies and maintain the employee handbook.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the company.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate degree is an advantage
