Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR functions in Johannesburg. You will play a vital role in implementing HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage disciplinary processes and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Work with leadership to drive organizational change.
  • Develop succession planning and talent management strategies.
  • Evaluate and improve HR systems and processes for efficiency.
  • Advise management on employee compensation and benefits.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced HR certifications are a plus

  • 4+ years of experience in HR generalist or HR management roles
