Responsibilities

  • Develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Organize and conduct orientation programs for new employees.
  • Support the management of employee records and documentation.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and suggest improvements.
  • Develop and analyze employee satisfaction surveys.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
