HR Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our clients in all aspects of human resource management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and talent acquisition strategies, contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data compliance.
• Oversee employee training and development programs.
• Handle employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Work closely with management to identify and address HR challenges.
• Facilitate performance management processes.
• Conduct research and analyze data to support HR decision-making.
• Assist with payroll management and related tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• HR-related certifications are preferable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR roles with emphasis on recruitment and employee relations

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Intermediate
