Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative at Tech Solutions Corp., you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest enhancements to management.
  • Coordinate with different departments to manage customer requests and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers accurately.
  • Support training and onboarding of new staff as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent
  • Degree or diploma in Customer Service or Business Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or support roles
