Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our Pretoria-based team. The ideal candidate will champion the customer experience, ensuring that clients are satisfied and successfully using our products. This role entails building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving user adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration.
  • Monitor account health metrics to mitigate churn risks.
  • Advocate for customer needs and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Propose solutions to enhance the customer journey and user experience.
  • Conduct training workshops and webinars for client education.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree is highly desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with proven success metrics
